In this podcast we interview we interview Ben Rosner, who is a serial tech entrepreneur and innovator in a wide range of areas from home automation systems to online dating. Ben is also a meditator and a spiritual practitioner who I have met through the Integral Enlightenment community, which is focused on exploring and integrating deep evolutionary perspective into every aspect of our lives.
In our second episode we interview Adam Leonard, who currently works in people development at Google. Previously he has worked at the Stagen Integral Leadership Academy that trains industry leaders who are committed to long-term personal development and using their organizational platforms for positive impact. Adam also spent time working at the Integral Institute, where he together with Ken Wilber, co-authored the book Integral Life Practice: A 21st-Century Blueprint for Physical Health, Emotional Balance, Mental Clarity, and Spiritual Awakening.

One of my favorite books is Finite and Infinite Games: A Vision of Life as Play and Possibility by James P. Carse. The book offers a profound paradigm of reality via two types of games: finite and infinite.
Finite games have a definite beginning and ending. They are played with the goal of winning. A finite game is resolved within the context of its rules, with a winner of the contest being declared and receiving a victory. The rules exist to ensure the game is finite.
